The program is broken up into convenient modules, each relating
to a unique aspect of the Food Service Industry. Most people
are juggling many roles these days and separate, shorter modules
allow them to learn at their own pace. Individual sections
make it easy for both the student with the voracious appetite
and one who prefers to nibble. Participants never have to bite
off more than they can chew.
A Word About Testing…
Management will be happy to know that no two tests are identical. The system
automatically modifies not only the sequence of questions but also the way the
questions are asked, thereby virtually eliminating the possibility of cheating.
Managers can be assured that the final scores of their employees are secure and
reliable.
