Many people work in the food service industry
at some point in their lives, where they learn good working
ethics. From doctors and lawyers to teachers and entrepreneurs,
almost everyone has worked in some aspect of the food industry.
It is a time honored tradition where many start out and move
on to great things.
At Greenlee Educational Concepts, we believe developing high standards and good
habits are skills anyone can choose to put to use in their current position and
skills that they will also carry into their future.
The program is dedicated not only to career professionals who stay in the Food
Industry, but to all those that pass through its doors. It is dedicated to every
person who strives to be the best they can be!

The program is broken up into convenient modules, each relating
to a unique aspect of the Food Service Industry. Most people
are juggling many roles these days and separate, shorter modules
allow them to learn at their own pace. Individual sections
make it easy for both the student with the voracious appetite
and one who prefers to nibble. Participants never have to bite
off more than they can chew.
A Word About Testing…
Management will be happy to know that no two tests are identical. The system
automatically modifies not only the sequence of questions but also the way the
questions are asked, thereby virtually eliminating the possibility of cheating.
Managers can be assured that the final scores of their employees are secure and
reliable.

Greenlee is already hard at work developing
new modules for this expansive program. Market research
continues to determine where and how further training needs
to be implemented. As always, we pledge to address your
needs and concerns as you take part in this exciting program.
We are committed to continually bringing you the most up
to date information in food service.

February 9, 2009
Salmonella has stricken nearly 50 in Massachusetts
State public health authorities said today that 48 Massachusetts
residents have been stricken with the same strain of salmonella that
has sickened almost 600 people nationwide. The germ implicated in those
illnesses has been traced to tainted peanuts from a Georgia factory.
