Ralph Sevinor brings his business expertise and entrepreneurial skills spanning over 35 years to the program.
Ralph began his engineering career at the age of 14, installing P.C.
component circuitry alarm systems and by the age of 16, opened Wayne
Alarm Systems Inc., which is still in operation today.
After obtaining his degree in electrical engineering from Wentworth
Institute of Technology, Mr. Sevinor went on to design many components
of Life Safety Systems. Over the years, he has served on a number of
boards, including chairman P.T. of the Board of Examiners of
Massachusetts Electricians and as President of the C.S.A.A.
For the last
decade, Mr. Sevinor has been involved with pioneering the design, implementation and execution of online training
programs, educating thousands of participants for Fortune 100 and 500
companies.

Ethel Hofman is a nationally syndicated columnist who has contributed
regularly to Cooking Pleasures, Gastronomica, and other fine
publications combining her shared love of food and travel. She is the
Food Editor of both the Baltimore Jewish Times and the Philadelphia
Jewish Exponent. Her third cookbook, Everyday Cooking For The Jewish
Home (HarperCollins, October 1997), has been featured on numerous
television and radio shows. Other books include The Art of Cooking,
published by the Cooking Club of America and her latest book "Mackerel
at Midnight - Growing Up Jewish on a Remote Scottish Island was
published by Camino Books, 2005 and in the UK by Mercat Press,
Edinburgh, in 2006. This book was selected to be included in the
International Book Festival held in Edinburgh, 2007.
Ms.
Hofman has also served as a consultant and recipe developer to the
Dannon Company, Inc., Welch's Grape Juice, Cabot Creamery, the National
Association for Specialty Food Trade (NASFT) and to Integrated
Communications, Inc. New York. She has conducted seminars at The
Restaurant School, Philadelphia and served as president of the
International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) from
1995-96.
Ms. Hofman specifically brings her food and wine
expertise to contemporary home cooking and to the
culinary industry. Ethel is also passionate about
lending her knowledge to educationally minded pursuits.

Professional
business owner and entrepreneur, Stacey Sevinor,
brings a wealth of practical experience to our
team. Owner and operator of the successful "14 Karat
Caterers", Stacey later expanded her business to
14 cafeterias located throughout Boston's busy
hi-tech industrial area. Cafe Jazmin provided
breakfast and lunch while catering off site events
for both small and large groups: weddings, bar/bat
mitzvahs, cocktail parties, barbecues, formal dinners,
and even political fund-raisers.
In her early years she served as the Executive Administrative
Assistant to the Boston Division of Standards for
the Department of Weights and Measures, and to
the Massachusetts Executive Office of Consumer
Affairs, overseeing 25 agencies.
Ms. Sevinor currently divides her time between
catering private events and serving as a creative
consultant and party coordinator for a number of
special events each year. She is enjoying her role
as a Company Administrator while continuing to
share her talents in the dynamic food service industry.
